The applicant should have through knowledge in Sanskrit and Hindi, Vedic Prayers - Ideal candidate would be religious minded. Some one who can play some musical instruments, Tabla or Harmonium or sing Bhajans, or cook Prasad for Mataji - experience an advantage.
